Boating
I grew up around boats. My father was a charter fishing captain on the Great Lakes for decades, mostly on Lake Huron. For quite a while after going off to college, I was certain that I had had enough of fishing and boats to last a lifetime. My wife also grew up in a family of boaters and sailers. Gradually, over time, my love for the water, boats, and fishing started to grow again. Today we have a 41′ Beneteau Gran Turismo powerboat, seen here.
We have our sites on a catamaran sailboat, though. Something we could do long-ish passages with.
